Counseling Approach:

With Bonnie, you will experience a welcoming, accepting and calming presence while working in partnership to address sensitive matters in a safe and confidential environment. Bonnie's viewpoint of counseling is a client-centered but collaborative process. It is Bonnie's belief that the client has the innate ability to reach their full potential. All of the answers you need are within you. Bonnie's goal as your counselor is to facilitate personal and interpersonal growth, discovery and healing.

Bonnie offers personalized counselling sessions by telephone or E-counselling (online counselling through Skype chat and/or video. Skype name: healing.axis.)

Personal Bio:

Bonnie lived in small towns for much of her childhood, adopting the city life in 2005 when she moved to Winnipeg.

Bonnie was diagnosed at birth with a rare disorder called Larsen syndrome that necessitates the use of a wheelchair and ventilator.

Being disabled gives Bonnie a unique and personal insight on personal struggle related to disability and a wide variety of issues.

Bonnie is passionate about helping women, youth and people with disabilities live a healthy and empowered life.
